Special Screening of The Farthest

Enjoy this special screening of THE FARTHEST during Dudley Observatory's monthly Night Sky Adventure - an evening of astronomy fun for the whole family! The film will begin at 7 PM, and afterward Outreach Astronomer Dr. Valerie Rapson will host a Q&A session as well as night sky viewing (if weather permits). We are partnering with WMHT for this event, and there will be PBS kids / WMHT activities available throughout the night. Amateur astronomers and families are invited to bring binoculars or telescopes. One or more telescopes will be provided for public use.

FREE screening and PBS kids/WMHT activities. miSci General Admission will be required for gallery access and participation in night sky viewing.


THE FARTHEST-Voyager in Space, is a spectacular 100-minute documentary that highlights the story of the Voyager missions in celebration of their 40th Anniversary this August. The film will premiere nationally on PBS on August 23rd, but Dudley Observatory at miSci will host a special screening during the July Night Sky Adventure on July 18th @ 7 PM.
