Join us at Indian Ladder Farms Cidery and Brewery, http://www.ilfcb.com/, on May 24, from 5-7 pm. Local hop expert, Dieter Gehring, and master brewer, Scott Veltman, will take us on brewery tour and share their knowledge on hop agriculture, environmental issues, and the science of cidering and brewing! Curriculum connections, educational resources, and idea charing will add to the richness of the program. CTLE credits available.
After the tour and presentation, ILF hosts its weekly trivia- feel free to stay!
The tour costs $3 a person, or $15 and it comes with a flight (four 5oz beers/ciders). Please bring cash with you. All other food and drink, at your expense, can be ordered off the menu.
